This is...a lovely pic. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="16" alt="" title="Blush"/>

The paleness of the skin (I'm not certain, but I think I can safely say that's not your true skin color), combined with the stark contrast of the nearly-electric blue of the wardrobe, help to really make the image...pop.

In addition, you have lovely features, which accentuate the femininity that is intended by calling the picture "Madam Blue" (as opposed to "Blue Girl" or "Blue Chick").

It gives off an air of aristocratic elegance, mixed with some kind of azure mystery and cerulean eccentricity. The character looks like a very interesting person to interview.

I have a character called Madam Blou (who has Blue Magic) and when I saw this, I immediately thought, "This girl looks like she would portray my character perfectly".

Good job, very well done! <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w…" width="15" height="15" alt=";)" title=";) (Wink)"/>
